Micro Salon
Team

When I'm not in San Diego, I have a lil team that gets to host their clients in my suite.
I employ differently
I may manage the payroll and provide everything they need as Artists. But they have full autonomy over their schedule and growth. Which unfortunately is historically the opposite in our industry. We can be on the same page with our business values and approach it in our own unique ways as adults. It is the freedom of self employment with the security of an employee based salon. Without the nonsense of sales benchmarks that have nothing to do with our abilities as Artists in the community.
