Please understand this policy is in place to protect Hair By Rachel Inc . The business expenses do not disappear when the time is already booked and revenue is lost. ​​​I understand Rachel has a cancelation policy to protect her business, with 50% of service time due to cancellations within the 48 hour window prior to my appointment. And that cancellations due to COVID-19 cannot be waived. In the event that the booked appointment is "no showed" without appropriate notification via email to Rachel, full amount of booked service will be charged to the card on file.​​​​
